Information you provide
The project enquiry form asks for your name, email address, optional business name, project type, optional discovery source and project notes. Please do not submit confidential credentials, financial information or sensitive personal information.
How enquiries are used
Form information is used to assess and respond to your enquiry. In production, the website sends the enquiry to the studio by email and sends a confirmation to the email address you provide. The website does not intentionally store enquiry content in an application database.
Security and service providers
Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. Cloudflare Turnstile helps distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse. Resend provides transactional email delivery. These providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect their services under their own terms and privacy policies.
Website analytics
Cloudflare Web Analytics may be used to understand aggregate traffic and site performance without adding Google Analytics. Analytics configuration should be checked against the current Cloudflare account before this notice is relied upon.
Operational logs and retention
Hosting, security and email providers may retain limited operational logs. Luban Digital keeps enquiry emails only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the prospective project and meet applicable obligations.
Your choices
You may ask what enquiry information Luban Digital holds about you, request a correction or ask for deletion where appropriate. Contact hello@lubandigital.com.au.
